Spring - Chicken and water chestnut dumplings - shaped like cherry blossoms - Pink to represent Spring.
Summer - Spinach, pork and prawn dumplings - shaped like a leaf - Green to represent Summer
Autumn - Pumpkin-shaped sweet dumpling filled with pumpkin seeds, kumara, and pumpkin mash - Yellow to represent Autumn.
Winter - Cuttlefish blank ink prawn dumpling - Black to represent Winter.
Dietary Information: Contains wheat flour, rice flour, starch, meat, prawns, sesame oil, salt, white pepper and seasonings.
