Diversity is proud to represent Cambodian cuisine with this national dish of Cambodia.

Traditionally, this dish features steamed fish, which demands a lot of technique and patience. However, we've transformed it into a dumpling, making it easier for everyone to enjoy its unique, flavorful taste.

Our dumpling is packed with a delightful combination of fish, prawns, squid, lemongrass, chili, garlic, galangal, turmeric, coconut cream, eggs, and coriander.

Dietary Information: Contains eggs and garlic. Please consult the restaurant to check if this dish meets your dietary requirements.
