10 FOR 10 2026 POSTPONED
Unfortunately, due to rising costs and a high level of geopolitical uncertainty, we have decided to postpone the NZCLW 10 for 10 trip to China scheduled for May at this time. We are heartened by the number of amazing applicants who expressed their interest, and we are investigating different initiatives within New Zealand that they can take part in during NZCLW.

Following the success of its debut in 2024, the New Zealand Chinese Language Week (NZCLW) Trust is once again offering 10 young New Zealanders the opportunity to travel to China for 10 unforgettable days.
Originally launched to celebrate NZCLW’s 10th anniversary, the programme saw a group of young Kiwis travel across China, connecting with people, places, and ideas that broadened their global perspective. The 2026 delegation will travel to five major Chinese cities — Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Across 10 days, participants will take part in a curated programme of visits to innovative organisations, leading universities, historical landmarks, and engage in diplomatic and professional engagements.
